METRO FC & OHIO GALAXIES FC EXPAND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Metro FC has entered a new strategic partnership with the Ohio Galaxies FC for the 2023/2024 season and beyond. Metro FC will continue to offer players quality coaching, training, and a positive club atmosphere. Metro will continue to operate  boys and girls u8-u12 select programs along with recreational programming. Metro FC teams will continue to play out of Delco Park and participate in the MVYSA and
BPYSL leagues.
 

As part of the partnership, Metro FC players will have the opportunity to play with the Ohio Galaxies FC program once they reach the u13 (11v11) age group. All Metro players will be offered a position within the OGFC program at u13. The OGFC program is a strong partner that will help support and grow Metro FC with training resources, tournament entry support, and additional needs that are required to operate a youth soccer program. We are very excited that this partnership will allow Metro FC to focus on the grassroots development for its players and provide a clear pathway for developmentally appropriate high-level play at 11v11 phases. Metro will continue to be a leader in player development in the Dayton area partnering with families to play competitive level soccer with balance and a clear development pipeline as their children grow.
